Our services consist of: Computer Maintenance, Computer Repair, New Hardware Install, Training, Design Print Materials, and Basic Web Design


We charge $60 per hour (rounded to the nearest half hour after the first hour).
Hardware and software purchases are an additional charge. Hardware and software in excess of $100 must be paid in advance.
Web design projects require a non-refundable deposit.
If we need to pickup your computer for repair you will be billed for round trip travel time.
There is no charge for travel time for on-site for locations within a 30 minute drive.

Per Incident...

Our per incident contract covers: Resolution of one issue regardless of time involved.


Our per incident contract will cover one issue regardless of time involved. The single incident must be clearly defined and approved by a representative of Inner Sanctum Computing prior to any exchange of funds or services. Not all requests will qualify for a per incident fee. This determination will be made on a case per case basis, and will factor in what is best for the customer. We will not use this model to profit at the clients expense. A client can choose to switch to this model after the start of a ticket, if the option was provided by an Inner Sactum Computing representative and the current total time on task does not exceed 5 hours. This will not include the purchase of any required hardware and software.


We charge $250 per incident.
Hardware and software purchases are an additional charge. Hardware and software in excess of $100 must be paid in advance.

Contract Services...

Our service contract covers: Quarterly Computer Maintenance, Computer Repair, and Training


Our service contract will cover one computer for quarterly maintenance, repair, or training for one year. Quarterly maintenance consists of running updates, drive maintenance, and malware scans. Quarterly maintenance must be scheduled by the individual. Unscheduled maintenance will not be refunded. Your computer can also be repaired from hardware failures (replacement hardware or software is not covered), with no limit on time of repair. We will also provide training on any software that exists on the computer at the start of the contract. The installation of additional hardware is not covered and will incur our standard rate stated aboove.


We charge base fee of $700 per year for our service contract for the first year. After the first year, hours spent during this contract will be reviewed. If excessive time was used during the course of a year following service contracts will be billed at a higher rate.
Additional machines may be added to the contract for $120 per year (pro-rated).
